An in-demand session player in Toronto's hip-hop, R&B and EDM scenes, Robb has recorded and performed with a diverse range of artists including Loose Ends, Lord Finesse, Saukrates, Shad, APB, Peyton and Skratch Bastid, includeing Juno-nominated performances on Keys n Krates' 2019 album Cura and the Halluci Nation's Another Saturday Night in 2022.

As a composer and solo artist, his asserts a lyrical and forward-thinking approach to the intersection of jazz and progressive rock, while his playing with the group re.verse continues to redefine what the guitar can do in a hip-hop context.

Robb has taught at Sonora since 2020, and has been a mentor to Grammy award-winning students including Marlon Williams (Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar) and Billy Strings. His methodology stresses learning music by ear and being able to visualize those sounds on the fretboard, as opposed to using written materials. All students are given an individualized work path based on their own musical interests and applications, which encompasses a broad understanding of how to see the fundamentals of theory and harmony in any style, and approach the guitar with a healthy and ergonomic playing technique.
